Join us on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall for Daniel Strong Tuesdays.  We will be having a variety of fitness opportunities (i.e. Yoga, bicycling, tennis, prayer walks, children's activities, etc.)  If you would like to increase your flexibility, energy, strength, balance and general well-being...and you want to have fun with a like-minded group of people.... join us.  Bring an exercise mat or blanket for floor exercises if you're doing Yoga.
